The view from our coffee cart

Had a lovely pootle in downtown Whanganui. After lunch we drove to Wellington, via Paloma Gardens to pick up a cap for Janis from her brother Clive who owns the gardens – cap will feature in future dispatches. We dropped John at Wellington and went out to dinner with John and Janis’ daughter Dell and our host in Wellington, the lovely Karen. Facebook friends can see pictures but none flattering enough to be shared here.

Now on the ferry heading to the South Island.
